3.5 stars. Glad I can view my balance and bills and now schedule payments. However, when I schedule to pay on the due date, it says that I cannot schedule a payment after my due date. So I had to schedule it the day prior. That needs to be fixed. Other bug fixes have improved interface and I'm happy it has fingerprint authentication. Still needs improvement.

SUPER EASY! This is one of the easiest utility apps I've used. Updated info is on the front page when app is opened. You need only follow what it says/asks and your done. it has a history of your elec usage, and payments. You can find weather or maps,suggestions on lowering your bill,options for paying ur bill! I know I sound like a commercial but I used to be a frustrated customer that used to pay in person,then called payments in. I'm loving this.

SUCKS! Just spent a while setting it up, answering security questions, etc., and now it won't let me sign in. Keeps saying "There was an issue processing your request." (I think it's called incompetence.) The "Need Help Logging In" function says it has no security questions on file, which is bullcrap. My power is out for almost a day from the hurricane, and the PSEG website spews different, random ETAs re: power restoration. I hoped the app would give better info. What a waste of time.
